    To celebrate #VegetarianWeek, our chefs have put together some yummy Vegetarian specials:

    Zucchini and lemon grass velouté (VG)

    Zucchini and garlic velouté with lemon grass sparkle, cheese mousse and crunchy xiklun €8.50

    Tofu, baby spinach and watermelon salad (VG)

    Water melon, tofu, pickled ginger, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, baby spinach, lime dressing drizzle €13.50

    Spicy spaghetti aglio olio e pecorino (V)

    Crushed garlic, olive oil, fresh chillies, pecorino slivers, herbed breadcrumbs €10.50

    Risotto cacciatore (VG)

    Arborio rice with bell peppers, scamorza cheese and pomegranate seeds €10.50

    Grilled Rosemary Halloumi (V)

    Grilled rosemary marinated Halloumi, wet garlic polenta, miso extract €18.00
